All of our bum bags are adjustable in length and fit waists from 90-120 cm (M-XL), making them universally usable. All of our belt bags are unisex and therefore suitable for men and women. The difference lies in the actual size of the bags. If you need more space, we recommend the larger version, especially the "Bruno" bum bag, which is ideal for taller people (from 180 cm).
