The "Sam" travel bag was modeled on classic expedition luggage and would look great on any wild safari through the Okavango Delta. We paid particular attention to the many small details. The cargo pocket on the front, which can be closed with a magnetic fastener, is particularly practical.
The two-piece set made of high-quality cotton canvas and buffalo leather includes the sporty travel bag »Sam« and the vintage toiletry bag »Glen«. The weekender style of the bag »Sam« is ideal for weekend trips of up to 3-4 days, whether for road trips, city trips, a visit to the gym or any other everyday adventure. It can be worn over the shoulder or casually carried in the hand using the leather straps. With the leather straps on the side loosened, it offers additional storage space of up to 60 liters.
The bag is excellently crafted, with all wear points on the outside covered in leather and additionally reinforced stress points. The underside is padded and quilted in the elegant "diamond stitch", our DRAKENSBERG signature element.
The "Glen" toiletry bag in a vintage look can be opened wide using the zipper, making it very easy to fill. The buffalo leather base gives the toiletry bag stability and stability. Inside it offers 2 practical storage compartments with elastic bands and a useful zippered compartment.

All efforts are made to ensure that everything that goes into the making of a Drakensberg piece is of a certain high standard. We use vegetable-tarined full-grain leather. We only use the finest of hides that are subjected to only a minimum of chemical processes to leave them exceptionally smooth and natural in look and feel. Over time, the leather will develop a rich and lustrous patina. Water repellent premium canvas and our cotton lining fabrics, combining with solid brass and copper hardware-materials chosen not only for their character but for their endurance.
